b. By accepting the Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your business information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance for new users and current users.

c. When the time comes for you to register or make a purchase, you will be asked number of business information questions and you will need to give answers to those questions. The information we collect will be the business registration and payment information. The registration information includes: your name, e-mail address, any business related information and other personal information. The payment information we collect includes: your billing address (all billing information), credit card numbers and expiration dates. All of the information gathered is very important for order processes and transactions to take place successfully without any complications.

d. Your collected information will be stored and tracked through the use of “cookies”. Cookies are small text files (usually around 50 to 150 bytes and always less than 4kb) downloaded from a Web site by your browser. Some stay in your Random Access Memory and are deleted when you close your browser. Others are saved to your hard drive when you close your browser. They are used by Web site owners to remember your preferences and by advertisers to track your online habits, and target ads according to your interests. The use of the term “your” is a little misleading. It’s not really “your” visits that are recorded, but “someone’s.” Cookies do not identify you, but they can keep track of your movements from page to page on a site. Cookies can’t get information from your hard drive. They are not programs, just strings of letters and numbers.

The registration information will be primarily used to contact you regarding your order and other additional services that might be of interest to you. Specifically, your e-mail address, mailing address, phone number may be used to notify you with surveys, product alerts, new service or product offerings and communications relating to our site. The Payment information will be shared with banks related to the transaction in order to successfully complete the purchasing process. iKross will not create a physical copy of your credit card information. While iKross provides recent technology to secure your information, this does not eliminate the risk of theft, loss or misuse. iKross is not obliged to you or any other person for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other misuse of payment information, including credit card information.

f. All information submitted is confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned, or the like to any other third party. However, we reserve the right to disclose the collected information to relevant authorities where we have reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be infringing or threatening to infringe, or who may otherwise be causing injury to or interference with, the title, rights interests or property of iKross, our users, partners, other web site users or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.

g. We also have the right to disclose information in response to subpoena or other judicial order or when we reasonably believe that such disclosure is required by law, regulation or administrative order of any court, governmental or regulatory authority.

h. If we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
