Standard Warranty
iKross will take care of all kind quality-related issues within 12 month warranty period.
During standard warranty, iKross will either replace or refund for defect iKross product.
Terms and Conditions
- Warranty begins at your purchase date.
- Register with ikross account and submit Extension Warranty Form to get 24 month warranty cover.
- Warranty only cover a valid proof of purchase made from iKross.
- Addition documents or pictures if needed.
Limitations
- Our return and warranty service is limited to all purchases made through from iKross. If you purchased through a different seller, please contact them directly.
- All returned items must be in original condition.We will refund the amount paid for the item and the original shipping cost.Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund back to the original method of payment.
- The warranty is void if we determine that the product was damaged as a result of improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification or accident, or was not used in accordance with the product instructions.
